Annual Report 2020
The 2020 Annual Report of Grafton Group plc (the “Company”) has been published today and is available to view on the Company’s website www.graftonplc.com. It has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Annual Report and the Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting, which will be held on 28 April 2021 at 10.30am, will be posted on or before 1 April 2021 to those shareholders who have requested a printed copy.
A Form of Proxy relating to the Annual General Meeting will be sent by post to all shareholders on the same date and all documents will be made available on the Company’s website.
