Grafton Group plc ("Grafton” or the “Company") today announces that Mr. Charles Rinn, the Group’s longstanding Company Secretary and Financial Controller, advised the Board earlier this year of his intention to step down from his role on 8 July 2024.  In line with the Group’s succession plans, Ms. Susan Lannigan, Deputy Company Secretary and a qualified solicitor, will be appointed Group Company Secretary and General Counsel.
